Vantaca Pay coming to the Homeowner Portal 12/18/2023. Ways to Pay expanding to include Auto Draft, Google Pay and Apple Pay

For credit/ debit card payments, click on the "Make Payment" link below.   You will be directed to a third party website where you can make payments that will be applied directly to your Association's account. Please be advised that a processing fee is charged for this service. 

 

Here are some alternate ways to make a payment: 

 

CHECK OR MONEY ORDER 

Checks may be mailed to our Alliance Association Bank lockbox at the address below.  

 

Please include your remittance coupon/statement with your payment in the provided window envelope to ensure your payment is correctly addressed and processed.

This method requires a coupon.  If you are paying for multiple properties, please send a separate coupon and check for each property. 

Homeowners can drop their payments off (check or money order, no cash) in the mailbox next to our office door.  We manually process check payments.  This process is slower and takes more time.  

 

ONLINE BANKING THROUGH YOUR INSTITUION 

You can create a new Bill Pay payment profile at your bank to make a one time or recurring payments.  It should include the following information:

Your association ID is the first four digits of your Vantaca Account number.  Your Vantaca Account number can be found on your coupon/statement or on the Vantaca Portal.  

 

 

How Can I Ensure My Payment Will Not Be Considered Late? 

Payments must be received by the Lockbox Processing Center, before the late date for your association.  If you are choosing a payment option that requires processing through the Lockbox, please ensure you are making the payment in enough time for it to be forwarded to the lockbox and received for processing (typically this is 4-5 business days with the exception of USPS closures due to holidays and/or Acts of God.)
